I arrived on March 7th, 2016, at O’Coffee headquarters, Fazenda Nossa Senhora Aparecida in Brazil, to participate in a one-week Internship Program. During this time, I gained hands-on knowledge of Brazilian coffee—from seed to cup. “We are open to ideas at O’Coffee, and I personally believe that this exchange is an amazing experience,” said Edgard Bressani, then CEO of O’Coffee. I am deeply grateful to Edgard and O’Coffee for giving me this incredible opportunity to engage directly with one of the world’s major coffee-producing countries.
